A victim paralyzed from an Ohio high school shooting that left three teens dead and three wounded has filed a lawsuit against the convicted shooter and the shooter's family.
Nick Walczak sued 18-year-old T.J. Lane in Lake County Common Pleas Court.
Lane pleaded guilty in March to aggravated murder and other counts in the February 2012 shooting rampage at Chardon High School.
