Police and the FBI were searching for the man who robbed a bank on Monday morning.
PNC Bank, located at 4650 E. Broad St., was robbed at about 10:24 a.m., police said.
According to investigators, a man entered the bank and approached a teller where he showed anote stating that he was robbing the bank, had a gun, and wanted cash.

After the teller complied, the FBI said that the robber scooped up the cash and dye-pack andfled the bank.
Once outside, witnesses said that they saw the robber run across the street toward severalapartments, then observed the dye-pack explode, causing the robber to drop most of the money on theground.
He continued running and was observed entering a 1980s-1990s maroon Toyota and then drove away,agents said.
The robber was described as being in his 30s, about 5 feet 6 inches tall with a medium build,and was wearing a red baseball cap, long, reddish hair or wig, camouflage jacket over a red shirt,blue jeans, and dirty white tennis shoes.
