The Wilds welcomed a female greater one-horned rhinoceros last week.
The rhino, otherwise known as an Indian rhino, was born on Sept. 27. It was born in pasture alongside its mother, “Dailey,” according to The Wilds.
This is the fifth rhino born at The Wilds, and marks the success of the breeding program at the conservation center.
There are now five Indian rhinos and 13 white rhinos at the facility.
