2 homes had to be evacuated after the fire started around 3 a.m.
Both Upper Arlington and Columbus firefighters are on scene.
Firefighters had trouble getting into one of the homes because the floors had collapsed.
No injuries have been reported and the cause of the fire is still unknown.
