A judge on Friday set bond at $10 million for a paroled rapist accused of killing threewomen.
Terry Shepherd stands accused killing Claradell Keller in late September, 10TV's Maureen Kocotreported.
Investigators found Keller, 78, dead inside her burned out Wyandot County home.

On Oct. 12, Deb England and her friend, Judy Kearley, were reported missing in neighboringHardin County. That same day deputies discovered human remains in the rubble of another burned downhome, located on the western edge of Kenton, Kocot reported.
Although the remains have yet to be positively identified, England's family told 10TV News onFriday that they could not stop thinking what the women went through.
If convicted, Shepherd could face a maximum sentence of life in prison with no possibility ofparole.
