Dozens of Cheryl's Cookies customers are checking the mailbox, and then checking it again.
Many customers tell 10TV their cookie and holiday gift orders have been delayed with little explanation.
For the past few days people have flooded the company's Facebook page, looking for answers.
Some customers got a corporate response looking like this:
10TV reached out to Cheryl's to try and learn more about the issues impacting some of the orders.
The company sent us the following statement:
"Our team is working tirelessly to fulfill orders in these final days leading up to Christmas. While there have been some delays in shipping, which happens with retailers every year, we fully expect to deliver orders in time for Christmas. Should there be any instances where items arrive after the holidays, we will work directly with those customers to ensure they are completely satisfied. Taking care of our customers remains our number one priority."
