Sesame Street characters coming to Mershon Auditorium for live show

COLUMBUS, Ohio — Fans of Sesame Street will soon be able to watch the characters live in Columbus.

The live show, being put together by Round Room Live and Sesame Workshop, is coming to Mershon Auditorium on Oct. 12.

“Sesame Street Live! Say Hello” brings together beloved characters like Elmo, Abby Cadabby and Cookie Monster. The characters will sing and dance along with the audience.

Tickets go on sale June 28 at 10 a.m. and can be purchased through Ticketmaster.

“We can’t wait for families and friends to enjoy this brand-new Sesame Street show filled with song, dance, and a few fun and furry surprises,” said Whit Higgins, Sesame Street Workshop executive vice president and head of Global Enterprises.

Guests can also purchase tickets for a photo experience with the cast. Photo tickets cost $50, plus added fees on Ticketmaster. Admission to the performance is not included with a photo experience ticket.
