MASON, Ohio — Kings Island’s annual WinterFest is returning this month and bringing more holiday lights to the amusement park than ever before.
This year’s festival kicks off the day after Thanksgiving on Nov. 24 and will showcase more than seven million lights leading up to New Year’s Eve. The park said in a release that the count has increased from last year’s five million lights.

Visitors will also be able to catch a WinterFest Wonderland parade and live entertainment all around the park.
More than 20 rides will be in operation, including two of the park’s newest coasters, Sol Spin and Cargo Loco. For the full list, visit visitkingsisland.com/events/Winterfest.
