COLUMBUS, Ohio — The Columbus Symphony and DC in Concert are set to perform "Batman" live in concert this October.
The concert will take place on Oct. 19 at the Ohio Theatre.
The performance of composer Danny Elfman's Grammy Award-winning original score live to film celebrates the DC Superhero's 85th anniversary, as well as the 35th anniversary of the film's release in 1989.

Released June 23, 1989, "Batman" was the top-grossing film that year, and its score, featuring the well-known "Batman Theme," went on to win one Grammy Award.
